The Heart of Kent Hospice currently employs approximately 70 people who all play an important part in ensuring that we provide the best possible service to our community.

In a friendly and supportive environment we encourage our staff to develop personally and professionally through formal and informal training.

We offer staff 27 days of annual leave and the opportunity to join a contributory pension scheme. Nursing staff may continue to contribute to the NHS pension scheme subject to the scheme rules. Excellent dining facilities are available where refreshments can be obtained at reasonable cost.
